What We Do
Integrated Legal Research and Drafting Solutions, LLC, is a domestic legal drafting and consulting firm created by lawyers for their counterparts in the business community and private practice. Integrated provides outsourcing for brief and document drafting, as well as for legal research and analysis. Our services are designed to provide an adjunct to staff counsel offices of insurance companies, corporate law departments, and law firms to assist in the management of existing caseloads, and for specialized or time-consuming tasks that are not compatible with the effective operations and functions of the attorneys who retain our services.
We specialize in researching and drafting appellate briefs, motions, and trial documents in jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as the preparation of memoranda regarding legal issues for internal use and client relations. Our services range from drafting submission-ready briefs in the state and federal courts, to objective surveys of legal issues, to emailed or telephonic responses to inquiries regarding discrete legal questions. Our attorney consultants can evaluate and offer strategic insight into the matters we are asked to address. Integrated also is well-situated to drafting insurance coverage correspondence, including denial and reservation of rights letters and responses to such letters. We also prepare custom contract documents and provide document review services.
Integrated‘s principals are bar-admitted practicing lawyers with extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts. Before submission, each document is reviewed by Integrated’s founding members, who have extensive legal research, writing, and drafting experience and have successfully briefed and argued hundreds of motions and appeals.
